2019年的首个补丁星期二活动日中，微软面向所有尚处于支持状态的Windows系统发布累积更新。其中Windows 10十月更新（Version 1809）获得KB4480116更新，升级后版本至Build 17763.253；Windows 10四月更新（Version 1803）获得KB4480966更新，升级至Build 17134.523。

Windows 10 Build 17763.253更新内容：

● 修复了影响PowerShell远程端点的会话隔离漏洞。默认情况下，PowerShell远程处理仅适用于管理员帐户，但可以配置为与非管理员帐户一起使用。从此版本开始，您无法将PowerShell远程端点配置为与非管理员帐户一起使用。

尝试使用非管理员帐户时，将出现以下错误：“New-PSSession: [computerName] Connecting to remote server localhost failed with the following error message: The WSMan service could not launch a host process to process the given request. Make sure the WSMan provider host server and proxy are properly registered. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic”

● 修复在使用esentutl /p命令来修复损坏的可扩展存储引擎（ESE）数据库导致数据库基本为空的问题。ESE数据库已经损坏且无法挂载。

● Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Windows App Platform and Frameworks, Windows MSXML, Windows Kernel, Windows Storage and Filesystems, Windows Wireless Networking, Microsoft JET Database Engine, Windows Linux, Windows Virtualization和Microsoft Scripting Engine的安全更新。
